How does payment work — is there a down payment or installments?
For one-time packages (Website, Mobile App), we typically use an upfront down payment followed by staged payments tied to project milestones. For monthly retainer packages (SEO, Ads), payment is made at the start of each monthly period. Payment terms are agreed together during the consultation.
How long is the contract for monthly retainer packages (SEO/Ads)?
SEO and Ads Management packages run as monthly retainers with no binding long-term contract. We recommend a minimum 3-month commitment so optimization results have enough time to show, but the duration can be discussed based on your needs.
