UMP (provincial minimum wage) applies province-wide; UMK (district/city minimum wage) applies in a specific district/city and is usually higher. Use the one applying to your area.

How do I check if my salary meets the minimum wage?
Compare your basic salary with the regional UMP/UMK. If basic salary ≥ minimum, it meets it; if below, there's a gap. Enter both figures to see the status and gap.
What's the difference between UMR, UMP, and UMK?
UMR is the old term. Now UMP (province) and UMK (district/city) are used. UMK is usually higher than UMP and applies specifically to that area.
Is UMK based on basic salary only?
The minimum-wage comparison generally references certain wage components per the rules. This calculator compares your basic salary with UMK as an initial indication; check detailed rules if needed.
What if the salary is below UMK?
A salary below UMK generally doesn't meet the rules for businesses required to follow UMK. But micro/small businesses have an agreement-based exception. Discuss with the employer or relevant office.
Where do I find the latest UMK?
